Int Cap Help Please

<DIV>Hello,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I thought I had this nailed down until yesterday when I went back and forth with a necro on int. cap.  I thought the int cap is 7*level+20, so at 70 this would be 510.  Which my necro friend is saying if he goes under 550 he loses power.  So my question is does the 510 int. cap only apply to spell damage and not max power pool, or does it cap both?  I am currently sitting at 514 int due to capping heat and cold resist, and I don't want to be missing out on my power pool, if this is the case.  I would glady accept any information anyone has.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thank you,</DIV>

Your necro friend is mistaken, it is 7xlevel + 20 so yeah anything over 510 int at level 70 is wasted............. until the expansion <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />
