I've got no data to back this up, but I noticed a difference in group PVP last night. And so did others in my group.I'm 70 wizard with adept III spells and poor-mediocre gear at best.My normal group PVP experience vs other 70's usually falls along the lines of a number of resists, a pathetic hit with my nukes due to resists or a very quick death. (My solo pvp is almost always a number of stuns and interrupted spells followed by a near instant death)Last night I was grouped with most of my usual group - 70 tank, 70 troub and 68 mystic. We didn't get into any serious group vs group fights, but had maybe 6-7 fights vs FP/exiles. Either FP/exile singles up to groups of 3. I was doing some serious damage in almost every fight and that doesn't normally happen. Depending on the fight I might try to get of a quick cast or two to disrupt the opponent ... maybe a cease or group root or debuff. Out troub will generally try and mez snare or charm which will give me a little time to get the Ice Nova started. I've never really had great luck with nukes because of the resists that are out there but last night I was rolling. It seemed like every fight I was able to get off a nova and I was taking someone out for at least 1/3 of their HP and that was the worst one. A number of the fights were against <dakhand>. These guys normally have very good gear and resists. I was really getting frustrated with this class and getting another toon up to 70 when you have to get your [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] kicked going through 20-40 with all those decked out scouts didn't appeal to me at all. I'm not looking to be a one shot one kill class ... but I'd like a chance to hold my own in pvp and not have to be in a group with two healers before I get a chance to shot my pop cap gun as brigand is stunning the crap out of me.The changes I saw last night seemed to give me hope to add value to my group in more than PVE encounters. It was getting to the point where the best thing I could do in PVP was drop my robe and run around naked. Thereby causing the enemy to cease their fighting and become mesmerized by the god like beauty of a bare [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn] neked dorf.
(I’m so pretty it’s enough to make Stu forget all about steve)Any other wizards see anything similar?

My normal pvp experience is much the same as yours (but I'm at 51)- a number of resists, a pathetic hit with my nukes due to resists and a very quick death. I even got owned by a healer the other day 3 levels below me and I had the jump

I am now to the point where I actually sit down in combat and just die if I'm solo. There's no point fighting coz I don't stand a chance and there's no point running coz so many melee classes get auto attack on the move and you cant sprint in combat mode. I do just ok in group combat if there's a decent tank taunting off me or other classes running interference and distracting the oppostion. But if there's a concerted effort by a melee class I'm pretty much cactus and don't add much to the fight but my 5 second distraction for the melee class.
