<P>Grats on the full relic<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P> <P>It's well-known it's not the best raid gear so here are my choices:</P> <P>- hat - Grand Dracomancer Hat is good and fairly easy to come by - Lab, best would be Breath of the Destroyer - Tarinax</P> <P>- Robe - the relic is not bad in terms of stat but focus is pretty lame, i'd say Veined Membranous Drape from Amorhphous Drake - DT - or even Robe of Red Scales from Talendor are better choices, Draco Vest is good too, shame no proc. If your guild is good enough - Robe of Mystical Silk from the contested Mutagenic outcast.</P> <P>- Shoulders - the quested Dragonscale Mantle is already much better than relic and for less repair cost, otherwise Cowl of Suffering from the same named in HoS, Replendant Scapular Mantle from Yitzik in DT or Mantle of the Clairvoyant from DT would be the best choices.</P> <P>- Cuffs - Draco cuffs are real good for legendary, and very common drop in Lab, relic ones just suck, otherwise the feather-looking cuffs from Fitzpitzle in DT would be among the better ones, FT8 on them and uber stats, shame they're rare.</P> <P>- Gloves - Bloodsoaked mitts from Bloodbeast in HoS or even Stonestiched gloves from charged presence in HoS again, last choice for Draco Gloves for the proc when you get oom.</P> <P>- Pants - best pants in game drop from Mutagenic outcast but again very hard to come by, otherwise Draco pants or Mystical Down pants from Roost.</P> <P>- Boots - first choice for Boots of Terror from last mob in Lyceum, quite common and easy to get, second would be Shadow slippers from shadowy presence in HoS. </P> <P>Nice signature with risk of repeating<img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></P>

Agree on pretty much all but the robe question. Whats the proc on xhaviz robe? Some 140 when you get lucky every 2.30 mins... Say u got The drake robe or MO robe, that makes FT 8. Meaning 150 secs/6 s each tick = 25 ticks of FT 8. 8*25 = 200 power regened by the FT8 on robe only. Adding to that the superior raw mana on both robe this make it far far better on the mana regen side for both robes. Its a matter of maths.Since we started involving Cheldrak on the gear - The robe of Ancient Codex that he drops is the most uber robe in game. How many guilds have beaten him so far? Not too many. <div></div>

a 'tick' is 6 seconds afaik. I was bored at work yesterday with my laptop so I figured that I would calculate what the robe came out to (kinda coincidental with this post). Through an entire HoS raid, the robe procced 138 times for me, which equates to roughly 16422 power over the span of 92 minutes in combat (according to ACT). That works out to be FT18 or there abouts.

I am level 70 and best things I have on mine are T7 crafted  pants and they arent even the rare or imbued. only caus eharvesting sucks of late. Even the relic gear that they're talking about isn't really that hard to obtain to be quite honest. You can farm the trash in labs with a decently geared 2 or 3 group raid and have a good chance at walking out with a few pieces of relic gear a night. But you have to be willing to spend the time doing this. I know many guilds that are not raiding guilds per-say and they can still outfit some of their members in relic from just farming labs or running along with other guilds that do raid. =D
