Splitpaw for a wizard

I did splitpaw in my 20s I think...probably around 24.  I did it all in one night and it was pretty easy.  Most of my spells are adeptIII and Master I and I have rare tradeskill armor..its an alt. I also use those 132 heal potions that alchemists make. It scales with level so keep that in mind.  Also, at level 30 you might be fighting level 30 and level 31 monsters and that is a huge difference between level 29.  And, your equipment is a new tier, so take advantage of that. Getting there is easy with invis. Harclave is easy, it just takes time getting to the monster.  You can invis all the way to the main guys and just fight them...but I was afraid of wanderers so I nuked everyone. Fitchs Prank is easy...just make sure you only get one encounter at a time.  Clear enough of the zone, and you can run off any aggro once you get to the deeper solo parts. Solo Arean is easy too.  Just start fights with full power/health...bring food and drink.  The only part that is trouble is the encounter with 3 yellows.  There is a fighter, cleric and a nuker.  Take down the gnome female, cause she is a cleric.  Root the fighter.  Then take down the wizzie dark elf.  Then the dwarf. No matter how you fight that encounter, its pretty tough. Your reward is a useless spell, but the splitpaw port comes in handy when you wanna get somewhere from Tsteppes.. The expansions is useless...the only thing you can get out of it is advanced tradeskill books...other than that, I wouldnt bother.

<P>yes, is very doable. did mine at 21 and easily beat the champ in SP arena.</P> <P>Potions and potion buffs/cures do help.  i invisd alot of the way too.  just make sure you are far enough, when you detonate the barrels, to keep your invis from being taken off.</P>

EXP is worthless in Splitpaw.  You can fight two ^^ yellow encounters in Harclave and get more exp fighting a single blue mob in T Steppes. Other zones than harclave are "ok" in terms of EXP...but no uber buff.

Remember - Harclave xp is given on killing the two bossmobs and completing the actual quest from the storyteller - they drastically reduced the heroic mob xp cos folks were just grinding in there.
