Where the Heck is Al'Kabor's Flaming Visage?!?

This is driving me nuts! Every site I have looked up shows our level 30ish 'Fun' spell, Al'Kabor's Flaming Visage coming from a merchant in Qeynos Harbor. One site said it was assistant scribe Zara. I asked a guard for 'zara' and it leads me to an alchemist zara, but she has nothing for sale at all. What gives? I ask around in game and noone seems to know, did they take this spell and the other fun spells out of the game? Please advise, would really like to get this spell.Thanks in advance,Mythor<div></div>

It did used to come from Zara, but it's now found by the wizard trainer in the mage tower in South Qeynos.

That's weird, because I went to mage tower trainer where I got my 1st companion spell and did not see it on her.<div></div>
