<DIV>Ok, I've been slacking. I've had a t7 hex doll for months, but have never used it consistantly. Does anyone have any numbers on how much it improves our damage? Mostly I'm curious about adept3 fusion and how much if any the potential damage can be.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks!</DIV>

I asked about Forge of Ro in one of the larger channels on Splitpaw, and everyone said it only did damage. Illu usually has more of a clue about wizzies than 99% of the rest of us though, so I'll believe him <img src="/smilies/8a80c6485cd926be453217d59a84a888.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />Anyway, I use my hex doll if I'm really low level on a pick-up raid, and can't hit [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn]e, or if I'm bored and soloing heroics 9 levels above (my single-target root can't handle more than level 67 mobs), though the repair bills for that are getting a bit huge.Shame the casting time is so long, if it was 4 seconds, I'd use it way more.<div></div>

<DIV>I am curious about the Forge of Ro debuff. I have had a dueling partner stand in the middle of the FoR for a number of duels and neither he nor I noticed a change in his resists to heat/cold. Did I get unlucky or does this debuff not work on other player characters? My FoR is M1. I look forward to using Ice Flame to test the FoR debuff on mobs.</DIV>

if you mouse-over the debuff on a mob from FoR, the description states it lowers heat resist like Illusive states (but I haven't tested it in a duel myself). I use FoR on single target raid mobs for just that purpose in addition to the damage it provides.<p>Message Edited by Nightwo|f on <span class=date_text>08-04-2006</span> <span class=time_text>03:41 PM</span>
