Cease - Effects in Raids

<DIV>Cease - our Interupt/Stifle/Dethreat spell... what actually effects Epics.  From looking at the spell discription I can deduct that the Interupt and Dethreat should work and after the Stifle we see the "Does not Effect Epic Encounters" tag.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Is it true that the Dethreat works in these encounters? and is there a way to tell?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks</DIV>
