<DIV>  What exactly is Stifle?  Is it a short duration stun, (if so, then for how long) or does it just stop casters from casting.  If it does just stop casters, then will it also work against fighter classes combat abilities?  Trying to figure out if it is a good ability to use, esp. in PVP.   Thanks for all your help.</DIV>

<div></div> a stifle is an effect that prevents an opponent using any spell or combat art for the duration listed by the stifle.  It doesn't stun them, so they can still move and auto attack.  And yes, it is very useful, especially against casters<div></div>
