Relic Hat vs Class Hat?

Relic hat sucks, FT8 is a waste of potentially better stats.  Draco hat ftw

I actually wish all relic would suck as much as the cap. I do wonder why SOE thinks FT is soooo good that it makes up for having useless stats.<div></div>
