As far as I've experienced, it's only animal mobs that will do this. Maybe to offset the fact that they don't have any form of ranged attacks? Highly annoying nevertheless.<div></div>

The mobs warp on me very consistently If I am on a steep slope. In Tenebrous Tangle, the breeding grounds, there is a 61^^^ wyrm on a steep incline near Spyrkacis(sp) named wyrm that warps each and every time I pull it. Doesn't really bother me. I can still solo the same things i could before, although i'm sure it can be annoying for lower level wizards.<div></div>

<DIV>Our roots have been fixed actually. They now have a 15% chance to break and while I haven't tested it, it certainly feels like a HUGE improvement. Before they were listed at 20% but we all knew it was really about 40%. From 40% to 15% is a very nice fix <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The durations now suck, single target is livable, but our group roots need their recasts cut in half right now.</DIV>

Roots are clearly breaking more than 15% of the time. However, they do break less often.I'd guesstimate current break rate of 30% compared to previous 75%.I can actually AOE root 2 mobs and cast Glacial Winds with reasonable confidence that ONE of the mobs won't instantly break it. Before the changes, that was virtually impossible.
