<DIV>I love my wizzy, she's almost 54 and ever since 50 she's been an absolute blast to play (no pun intended)</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I have a couple of problems though.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>The first (and most pressing) is that nobody seems to want the nuking goodness. I can slap lfg on and wander around aimlessly for what seems forever without ever getting an invite.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Everytime I try to throw a group together I can get either a tank OR a healer or one of them goes linkdead. </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Are there just no low 50's toons out there?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also to extend the range of levels that I can usefully group with I'd like to stack as much +disruption gear on as possible to be able to hit higher lvl mobs any suggestions on stuff that I can gear up with to facilitate that?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Thanks.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Threnady 53 Wiz of Mythical</DIV> <DIV>Guk Server</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>as well as</DIV> <DIV> V</DIV>

IMO, slapping on the LFG flag isn't enough to get a group.Use the chat channels for 50-59, make your request fun. When I put together a group, I rarely ever look at the LFG screen, though I do pay attention to the chat channels. If LFG, I don't just say "70 Wiz LFG", but try to add in something fun, or at least state what you are looking to do.Also, make good use of your friends list so when you are grouped with cool people, you can remember who they are. Also leave notes so you can easily see what class they are.If you're not in a guild, but like to group, consider joining one. 85% of my time in groups is with a guild group, either all guild members or a few, with some Pickups added. If you're in a guild, but don't have many members, see if there are any guild alliances on your server you can get into. My guild has a pretty strong alliance with 2 other guilds and we have chat channels we share with them. Also, check you server boards to see if you have a channel to help guilds team up. On PF, there is a channel called Crux that a lot of people seem to watch.I don't think getting a group as a wiz has been any more difficult for me than any other class, except healer <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /><div></div>

<DIV>You most likely will get a group faster if you sit lfg in the zone you wanna xp in also. A lot of people dont use the who all lfg tool and some dont even know its there. I personally go out and do quests while I am lfg to pass the time if it does not happen right away. Try and find some quests like Godking or Claymore that you can do a lot of solo and still get xp wihle doing it.</DIV>
