Scouts and warriors are the only classes that can duel weild.

Warriors, berserkers, monks, bruisers (all fighters except crusaders in fact) can dual wield.  And all scout types.  We non-dual wield classes can use them as a single-hand weapon in our primary, but we can't hold a second in our off hand.

Sry, I'm used to seeing the brawler class using either fist wraps or no weapons at all. Add the brawler class to that list =).
