Explain Numbing Cold...melee on me or anyone in group?

It says it has chance to root on melee attack. Is that me getting hit or anyone in my group getting hit?

so at adept 3 and higher, it basically roots off the bat since it says 105% slow with chance to root...?

No it just makes them slower, 105% is not that slow that they can't move anymore.<div></div>

sounds like a good pvp spell when I am getting jumped or in a group in case we need to flee.Now if the chinese people wouldn't price the adept 1 version for 85g I could save money instead of trying to mine vanad cluster <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Sheesh the guy can basically only speak Chinese with very few english words.He said say chinese when I asked if he spoke english.Nuff said.
