<div></div><p>Look, I'm not going to flame you....</p><p>Are there issues with wizards, generally I would say there are some.  Chasing the INT cap is an issue that I would like to see corrected.  But, in my honest opinion...there are really no MAJOR class issues right now.  I think wizards are in a pretty decent spot right now....</p><p>As for lack of DPS, I don't agree.  I play a 66 wizard and in raiding with my lvl 70 counterparts on a raid, I'm always one of the top DPSers.  I may not be #1 yet....but usually parse in the top 5.  And this is against 70 T1 and T2 DPS classes.  I chalk some of this up to, I invest heavily in my toon.  I have Adp3s in every major T7 spell...that's almost 15 spells that I have Adp 3 (some are waiting to be scribed....Ice Nova).</p><p>Playing a wizard requires more then just mashing buttons.  You need, like all players, need to invest in gear, food/drink, potions, etc.  I'm always at the int cap....at lvl 66, in 90% of the cases I have the largest power pool.</p><p>Don't expect to be a top DPS class, if you don't play and act like a top player.  If folks don't invest in upgrades, don't know how to use their spells....then they won't be at the top...</p><p>I'm not saying this is you OP...I'm just trying to point out, that if we are a good class, we have great damage.....can we tweak yes.  But wizards are a good class to play right now...</p><p> </p>

<div></div><p>Agreed with Oumana- My Wizard is my main Alt and I have a great time with him.  He is in the top of the DPS in any group.  But he is also my most broke character -Spending money on Equipment, Spell Upgrades and chasing the ever elusive INT cap.  Of course I dont raid so I will be chasing it for a while it would seem but he is fun to play and I love seeing 4000+ Ice Comet (Adept 3) Damage Roll off a Mob.  I giggle everytime...</p><p>Sorry to see any player leave but to quote poor dps as a reason I find odd.</p>

<div></div><p>Just to heap it on a little more, I have to say that Wiz is the most fun to play right now. Solo, I may be made of paper, but most mobs are dead before they can even touch me and I can kill more, faster then any other class I have played. In (good) groups, I am simply devistating and in Raids, always top 5 DPS.</p><p>Leave if you must, but I dont think issues with the wizard class are your problem...</p>

Just makes me happy to see that there are more wizzes out there that really like their class... from time to time i feelt a bit alone in that , reading our class forum... <div></div>I have to agree, I have parsed out at over 1k damage per SECOND in a normal group and that was normally without fusion! I have invested alot, and i mean well over 40 or 50p just in spell upgrades, not to mention armor and finally hit 509 int tonight solo buffed before server reset! I love my wizzy, i changed to her from an assasin and well, the dps is amazing
