Hey, on the wizard spell list there is 2 spells which say they are from bloodlines. I recently upgraded to station access and to my amazement that included bloodlines. The first Iceflame, after doing a quick search i see you can buy from a sage.but 35 - Soulsieve - Deals instant damage to a vampiric enemies HP and power and transfers a portion of this to the caster. Only works on vampires. (Bloodline Chronicles, scales up to lvl 70)Someone on the wizard spell list thread said that its quested for. Could anyone explain where this quest starts or something? ive never tried bloodlines and know nothing about it.

As you already stated you can get Ice Flame from any sage who has purchased the tradeskill book from one of the Bloodline Chronicles vendors in Nek Forest, it's not even required that you have bought Bloodline Chronicles to acquire this particular spell. The second spell is acquired after completing the 11th (final) quest in the Bloodline Chronicles series. But, the spell I received was not called Soulsieve, it was called Sunbolt. I believe each class got a different spell specialized to their class. I rarely got the chance to use this spell as it can only be cast against Vampires. After finishing off the Bloodline Chronicles, I had problems finding any group willing to play the content again, so I rarely returned to the zones, but as it turns out some of the named mobs in The Gates of Ahket Aken are Vampires, and yes the spell works well against them. OK, it works well against a couple of them, since the spell is heat based it lands well on a couple that are cold resistant, but requires significant debuffing to land on the heat resistant named mob.To get started with the Bloodline Chronicles, purchase the Adventure Pack, type /claim, select the ring, and examine the ring. The rest will be obvious from there.

Message Edited by ksuxtc on 03-24-200607:20 AM
