Info on new T7 robes

I have heard people mention at least 3 new good robes for wizzes in T7 but would like to know where and from whom these robes drop. The ones I was curious about were Garb of Souls, Shroud of Darkness, and Raiment of the Skywatcher (or any others you may know about). Also, if anyone has screenshots of them (outside of the raiment robe which is posted in another topic) please include them for us all to drool over.

<div></div>garb of souls was told drops off a named caster mob in SS.  I personally do not know what mob, guy was in an uber guild and said he wasn't allowed to say because guild is camping it.

I'd be so tempted to just spit out all the details so ya'll can fight and scream and KS each others camps the way I had to put up with.  But the robes are worth too much to friends and guildies for that.<div></div>

I turned down a Garb of Souls because I didn't think it was that great. And I'm not even in a T7 raiding guild. Still working on those T6 that we haven't done.</p>

Still working on those T6 that we haven't done.</p><hr></blockquote>It's funny because the robe would suck for raiders anyways.  After all the mobs don't die that often and the wizard probably dosen't get the kill shot all the time, then add the 10% of THAT to get power.  Robe is worthless on raids.  Now in a good heoric aoe group....

<div></div>The robe with the 40int is the Shroud of Darkness.  It drops off one of the named in Blackscale Sepulcher, gotta be level 66.

<div></div>Broken=not working.  The Clarify effect/proc does not proc at all.  Better and more comon robes are readily available.

You may not see log entries for the proc. I don't see one for the Skywatcher robe, but I do see the proc animation and I have to believe it is working since I can chain cast and not pull agro (without using concussive even). However I also have the Garb of Souls which does have a log entry for its proc (I use that when soloing).The gown of glory is still on my wishlist, but can anyone tell if they see their power go up? Try casting a bunch of low level spells to make it proc perhaps?<div></div>
