Until last night I played without the numbers flying over the mobs head.  Just gets annoying.  I was getting really annoyed that it appeared I wasnt casting a single critical.  After messing around with combat chat, I realized in Medium combat test, which is what I was using, it doesnt say critical.  So once I got that fixed I saw the criticals.  But we all know how it is in a raid or even a chain pulling group, your battle damange is flying by, especially with dots and procs going at the sametime.  So of course I looked through the options to change the color of critical spell text.  But, of course there is no option to change it.  But guess what, there is an option to change melee color, imagine that.  I tried that, hoping it would include all criticals, of course not.  So I ended up turning back on the numbers over the mobs head and started looking for the Big Numbers to know I had a critical.  On raid, I have no idea how I will I see them with all the numbers and spells flying. Maybe I missed it and somebody can somebody point in the right direction to change the color, or maybe the devs can add the option to change spell critical text color.<div></div>
