Frostshield Proc Question

<div>I have been grouping alot lately in order to gain levels.  I have been casting Frostshield on the tank and almost every time it expires due to time.  The tank is taking damage but the spell is not proccing.  The healer in one group was the Paladin himself.  The other groups have generally been Fury's.</div><div> </div><div>Is there a spell that Fury's and Paladins have that prevent Frostshield from proccing?  I have almost given up on casting it.  It's a great damage spell but if it isn't proccing then it's just wasted mana.</div>

<div></div><p>Good question....</p><p>Maybe there was a ward on the paladin?  If there's a ward, and the ward is absorbing all of the damage, maybe Frostshield won't proc?  Never really tested that...</p><p>Try that out next time...have the pally go in with wards and cast your FS.  Then have him go in without...and see if that makes a difference...</p>

<div></div><p>I know the paladin was warding because he was his own healer against heroics.  Just 3 of us, Paladin, Coercer and myself.  I thought that was the case but I was told Fury's don't have a Ward and that warding is Shamans.  The other groups that I have been in all had Furies as the healer and this problem occured.</p>

It works great for me. My normal group is my mom - 58 Templar, her husband - 59 Paladin, and me, and it always procs for me. I have it set to "1" in my hotbars and as I'm clicking my other spells with my mouse, I keep my left hand first finger on the "1" and hit it every time the recast is up. A lot of times, in really easy fights, I just hit "1" and then go get a glass of tea, lol...
