Some vital flow vs. vital flood questions

<DIV>I'm at work right now so I can't check on these things myself.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>1.  Does INT effect these spells at all...like say how much power you get back per health?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>2.  From a power/health perspective would a master 1 vital flow be better or worse than an adept III vital flood?  I know you get more power back with vital flood but it also costs more health.  I'm thinking in terms of long raids with no power-regen buff in group and healers that can't always get to you.  Assuming i'm going to use 90% of my health converting to power which would I be better off with?</DIV>
