Ok, With a little fine tuning I like how about DPS is starting to make me feel like a wizard

But(shudder) BECAUSE SOE TOTALY MADE THE RAID AND EPIC MOBS TOTALY UNDEFEATABLE

And Nerfed the healers heals

Groups are constantly running out of power in long fights

Our feeds to other party members have been reduced to 1 and has a 20 second recast

Never though i would ask for it but recast time needs to be reduced or another spell with different timer

to alternate with.

We need to feed better or more efficient

Sorry, but our role in raids is not to be a mana battery, we are a DPS class now.

Yes, they can just take them off our line now to give other classes less to complain about all our "utility". I do miss them though as I used them alot in raids, but my play style is more about accomplishing the task then seeing how high I can get my dps on a raid so their lack of usefulness now does hurt as was often th one replenishing the tank's power to hold agro in those marathon fights or fighting those mobs that drain power. Go play with the new named 2x giant in SS, he has a wicked power drain. The power transfer needs to be adjusted up a bit in my opinion to make it useful but not at the expense of any downgrade on our dps.

If you seriously want to be a mana battery, then do it from the beginning. I've been in fights against old world raid mobs (since they are borked), where my entire fight was Ice shield, and Essential Intormissions, with a Protoflame mixed in. Needless to say I had flashbacks, and immediately fell into a fetal position sucking my thumb.

I'd rahter they tune the mob to not be a marathon, and use the pumping in a pinch. Priests will ahve to now be a little more power conservative, which isn't a bad thing, than spamming heals, and then have us pump. I enjoy that a HECK of a lot more.

I don't want power feeds to be a mana battery... I want power feeds to feed myself!! I had 4 I could chain before the changes... now I have 2. The mana stone is so inefficient that I never use it.

man I get soooo tired of hearing the same crap from the same guys. I DONT WANT POWER FEEDS

Roll a warlock. Oh wait, they have em too.

I liked the utility, I sorely miss it now. News flash: Warlocks still have a significant DPS advantage and better efficiency..even on single targets. (this is my unprofessional guesstimate from running combatstats grouping with a similarly equipped War.) More utility to me means more flexibility which means less boredom. Just thought I would post to agree with the OP, since you guys seem to think everyone wants the same thing you do, or should.

You know, all of us do not want to be a one-trick pony. So there.

Kablammo

PS I like the changes for the most part, but I do miss my nerfed buffs and my mana feeds. And is there any use for the "Port" spell other than a veiled inside joke to us old EQ1 Wizards?

umm yeah. I was talking about it in another thread, I must be doing something seriously wrong, because my Buddy (both 51's, he a WAR) was out-DPSing me on single (and every dang other) targets. I havent done a thorough analysis to maximise my DPS yet, because I figured the first week or so they would jack the spells around a bit, but I will do so now.

I have been running Combatstats when grouping with a 51 War, and just repeating what I have observed. I am hoping I just am not doing it right.

Kablammo

Warlocks will outdamage us on 3+ target encounters.

We will outdamage them on single target encounters.

2 target encounters are fairly even, depending on the chains used and success of casting.
