Hopefully I might be able to get an answer form a SOE rep but highly doubting it but here goes anyway The other I day I was running through nektulos forest trying to get to the commonlands to help a guildmate with a quest. I am a 25 Wizz and previously I was able to run trhough nek without a problem, sure I would get agro from mobs but I was running and since when I solo I allow mobs to hit me to a point so that I increase my evasion skill to max for my lvl.( thinks its around 138 ). Anyway I was running through nek like I have done previously sure I would get agro and get hit a few times from mobs but I would only see about a 50% drop in health at most if I had a named mob after me or not. Anyway I ran through nek thinking that it was the same as always, was I wrong. 90% of the mobs that agroed me were blue either no arrow or single down arrow. but instead of making it to the commonlands without dying this time I died. I couldn't beleive what had happened so I went back and went trhough all the damage messages( I had seperated damage text out along time ago) and found that not once did a single mob miss me at all I took every single hit even though I was running away from theese mobs and trying to avoid them. So my bunring questions is this When you are trying to run away from mobs is it intended that we take full damage and are hit every hit attmpt even though we are running away and generaly trying to avoid that mob ? <div></div>
dam, at 25 that place is still a deathtrap, expecially with the heotics running loose. But basicly it comes down to, ya they can hit u now, expecially now that that parry skill is gone and replaced with something else. Anyway when ur running through just hit on the sprint button, that usually takes u fast enough to where even if a caster fires it might hit for like 30 maby. Helps if u have a horse to but unless ur in a higher guild u probably couldnt afford 1. Though on a higher note, if ur going to commonlands, why not just steer in and out avoiding trffic not running strait through, and make ur way to the river. alls u got to do is jump in and swim to the bottom aggro free. <div></div>

<DIV>That realy scares me for the fact that I was on the same road that a lvl 17 would have to take if they wanted to betray from freeport to Qeynos. os if its murder for a lvl 25 then all people who want to betray must just give up hope now and forver keep yourself in freeport, because murder for a lvl 25 = nearly impossible to impossible for a lvl 17 without a group witha lvl 50 to grey everything out.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Also I find it funny that if you are trying to avoid the mobs you get hit more now not less as if you were trying to avoid the mobs.</DIV>
of course its murder. its a real dam pain to betray from either city if u dont know where the doorways to the zones r. My god it took me so long and so many deaths to reach antonica. but as will all zones u have to know where and where not to go. and as a wizard, u sure a heck dont want to wander into a spot where aggro is all around u. 1 enemy hits small, 9 enemies hit kill strokes lol <div></div>

<P>I am sorry if I didn't make it abundantly clear that I was actualy trying to avoid the monsters that killed me( which I was ) but alas I still got killed. </P> <P> </P> <P>The biggest hting though that I still do not get is that I got hit EVERY SINGLE TIME! I didn't aviod one hit.</P> <P>what am I going to have to do when I run away from mobs run backwards ??</P> <P> </P>
