<DIV>Invis seems broken across all classes.  At least, everytime I use it, or been in a group invis situation thus far, someone saw through it.  No more bypassing content, and Naggy runs will take a long time.</DIV>

Invis isn't broken, you are just dealing with mobs that have see invis skills. <div></div>

Be that as it may be, See Invis mobs are everywhere now, thus it is no where near as useful.

<P>How does slowing us back down to 25% help with combat balancing?</P> <P> </P> <P>All it does is to help me to get frustrated...</P> <P> </P>

Yeah really 25% is WAY to slow, I dont even use the spell now because of that. I think ill take my chances training past mobs before I invis.

Let's be realistic here folks.  The invis we had was great, but overpowered.  In all reality, you shouldn't just be able to go invis and then burn through an entire dungeon at practically full speed.  They want people to EXPERINCE content, not bypass it. <div></div>

There is no reason that a Mage, MAGIC SPECIALIST, cannot invis with NO movement loss. Sneak should slow you down.. because you are SNEAKING, but not invis. Plus, ANY mob that was yellow (one level from orange) and up could see through Altered Visions (verified in harclave on "difficult setting" multiple times prior to LU13).

As a newb as I actually suprised when a mob would bump into me while invised and not attack. I would expect him to "know I'm there" as soon as he bumped into me. Some should hear, if you run past them close enough. But, if you are invised, they should not be able to SEE you... And you shouldn't be slowed. I don't know.. maybe I am putting to much logic into it, but I would think that with such talented programmers, and so many advanced programming technics, that they could come up with something. They have already improved the AI on mobs (had a member of a linked encounter leave me and go help one of his buddies kill potoflame on more than one occasion), so why not expand from that?</DIV>

I think the invis is ok except for the speed loss.  I went thru several dungeons last nite and explored many areas with level 55+ mobs that could not see thru, several were epic x4.  Some mobs could see thru like the executioners in the one cave so I just avoided them. It adds to the danger now, and I find I have to be much more careful exploring now since I never know if a mob will be a scout type or other class that has see invisi.  The old way I would pop on invisi and auto run while chatting to people.  Now it's dangerous and yes losing your shard in an area that mobs see thru can be a pain but to me it adds to the excitement of the game.

The speed loss is the only issue here, the see invis/stealth mobs work the same for all classes and invis types.  The speed loss is disappointing yes, but as one of the previous posters said, it adds challenge.  The devs have said over and over that that is what they wanted to bring to this game with the changes, challenge.  From the posts I read from you, puter, it seems like you just want the game to be super easy.  Speedy super-invis, highest DPS over anyone, lower power usage, more spells, etc, etc.  Yea being uber is fun for a litle while, but then you get bored and leave.  Challenge is a good thing.  They have brought challenge in, and some thing can't be done that were before, and you just have to deal with that. <div></div>

<P>No I see what hes gettting at.  25% is painfully flow.  I'd personally be down with a shorter duration, than that.</P> <P>I just hate that a ton of mobs see invis now.</P>

<DIV>Well, they changed invis run speed now.  Though, as I mentioned in my post in 'Gameplay'  the spell just blows chunks in my opinion.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>It's really not useful at all.  SOL E is so huge a zone, with some quest content so DEEP into the zone, that if you don't have invis, to fight your way down would take hours literally.</DIV> <DIV>I was wondering why when I entered the zone only I was there.  Then I tried to invis down as I could have done prior to LU13 and now there's no way.</DIV>
