Frostshield, who gets the hate?

<DIV>I havent done extinsive testing on it but from what I have seen it gives hate to the person its casted on. In a parser the damage comes from the person who it is casted on. </DIV>

<DIV>there was a patch message a while back that said something to the effect of "damage shields will now properly apply the Hate to the caster". if that is not how it currently works I wouldn't get to attached as it probably will eventually.   like wards and reactive heals, the hate I believe is supposed to go to the person that put the effect on the tank.  this is too bad, we sure could use some hate reduction or misdirection, scouts get evade and they aren't nearly as frail.</DIV>
