There is loot that's usable by Wizards, but not that much of it is all that great. I did manage to loot some boots with +10 sta and +15 int, and a ring with +15 int .. I put the ring on broker for 1pp not thinking it would sell, and it sold almost immediately. I thought about it and wish I hadn't. D'oh! I've also dropped a decent amount of Wizard Adept 1s, along with a few other pieces that have decent int bonuses, but usually not good bonuses to other stats/resists.

From which instance/mob did you get the ring? I'm curious because most of the loot in there is no trade. To the OP, I've seen a lot of casters using Satin Embroidered Mitts (7sta, 14int, 26health, 29power, 360disease); I think they drop pretty often in Harclave. Good back up gear at the very least.

A big determiner in what loot is available in Splitpaw is going to be your level. Since the instances change to match your level, the loot will vary depending on your character. At the low 20's, loot hasn't been all that spectacular for me. A single piece of cloth shoulder armor, lots of plate drops (arms and boots, iirc), and lots and lots of Adept I books that I can't use (not a single wizard drop - and most of the drops I get are for the opposing city ^^;; ).

I finally got Satin Embroidered Mitts today (7sta, 14int, 26health, 29power, 360disease)

I have tried Harclave many times on the easy setting with no luck. I finally tried it on the hardest setting and the SporeKing dropped them for me.

The final bossed dropped the same old bracers though =(

Thanks

Robsco the Humble Gnome Steamfont.
