Hello, I'm in the process of trying to be a good little wizard, and I would like to hear some suggestions on quests that no good wizard should be without. I am currently lvl 33, and I'm from Qeynos. Thanks!

Although they both have a component that tend to be horded by gougers and sold on the broker's for extortionary prices. Either be prepared to pay the juice on the Palladium Torque and the Glimmering Tooth at the broker (I've personally seen PLAT level pricing on both items from time to time) or be prepared to for the agony of long camps and carpal tunnel harvesting. The Fishbone Earing, although not a fantasic item for a caster - has been handier than I could ever tell you - should definately be in your inventory. The Evil Eye Bag quest (Foomby's Stolen Goods) has been worth it's weight in gold to me. A must really. A "bonus" side item of the Manastone quest is the "Shroud of the Manastone". Nice little many-slotted weight reduction bag. You should be just about getting ready for the Stein of Mogguk. The Lightstone quest isn't horrible for races without ultra-vision. The jboots quest is rough-ish at 33 - but certainly doable - keeping in mind that you won't actually be able to use them for 9 more levels. You get little bonus items for the different segments. Be warned that even though the speed component is hard to beat on them - I've heard people say that a sow totem + jboots = slightly faster than a low end horse - that they really aren't great "+INT" gear. Those are definately a start. I'm sure there are other non-heritage quests that are useful too. Oh... and don't discount access quests. Can't tell you how handy it is to have access to all the important quest zones - and many players are content to just "find friends with access" to the hard-to-get-to zones. Do yourself a favor and do the quests for Cauldron Hollow, and Cove of Decay, and Chamber of Immortality. You'll be suprised at how in-demand you are from friends and guild-mates when it comes time to help them with their quests. -GB-

If you are a fan of a 2h Staff weapon, get your Sanctum of Fear access. You get the Staff of Undead Legions as a reward. Very nice staff for what it is. I used it for quite a while because I am happier carrying a big staff than a primary and offhand weapon.

The Augur quests near the docks in EL and ZEK are easy and will net you some pretty decent jewelry for around that lvl if i remember correctly.

Do the quest from a roll of silk in varsoons for the liandrin's oracle robe.

Manastone is a MUST with out power consumption, in fact, I am addicted to it.

Return of the Light and A glowing black stone(both rewards a necklace with int on it) are ok. ALthough at lvl 38 or 37, you can buy a Necklace of Flowing Orbs(11 int, 7 sta, lots of other good stats) of the broker for(on my server) 12-20 gold.

Golden Efreeti boots heritage along with A Tattered Robe(Robe of the Invoker).

Manastone seems to also be changing. Rather then convert 700 some health to 200 some power (which was harsh for mages) it seems it will now just return 160 power, and take no health.

Seems to be part of the combat change. The 160 power might be off, or change, so don't think that is going to be it's final form.

From Tarin close to the entrance for Feerrott. He has a series of quests with nice +14 INT sleeves as a reward.
