Tier 4 Adept III upgrades after you're in T5

So I'm 45, and I have an Adept III for Immolation, Ball of Flames, and Ice Flame.  Is it worth dropping the cash to upgrade any of the other T4 spells, when most of them are replaced?  I was thinking of upgrading Icy Coil, but I've heard that grey spells will be unusable after the revamp, not sure if that's true or not. <div></div>

They better not be useless once grey, because half the spells I currently use are grey to me since we never got upgrades to them. <div></div>
