No flames man, this is a perfectly valid question as I do believe the info in the manual does not match what is actually hapening in game. In the manual that came with the game I do recall it stated INT would affect spell damage done however we know now that your Disruption skill actually does this. INT adds to your power pool only ****at this time****. It is widely regarded that when the combat revamp goes live we will see this change. There is currently a softcap on INT as to what the return of power is ie: pre 200 INT you get more power per 1 point of INT whereas post 200 INT it is very close to 1 INT = 1 power (I think its 1.4 or something but I'm to lazy to check atm) So idealy what you want to do is get 200 int and go for raw power instead or AGI or STA or whatever your flavor is. I know wizards who go different directions once they hit 200 INT. Also keep in mind when the combat revamp comes AGI and other stats will have more / less / different roles than they have now so might be wise to wait. Until then my only advice is to aim for 200 INT as it should help you now and after revamp but also sit on the rest of your cash till post revamp and figure it out then when we know more. <div></div>

<DIV>very well put, exactly what i read and understand to be the case now, lets hope the revamp isn't equal to a nerf bat that SOE is famous for using ie SWG...</DIV>
