Uber unknown spell that challenge time itself - Karmic Focus

I cant see the picture, but I know that Karmic Focus is a Monk spell, so i'm not sure what the issue is.

There was something in the patch notes recently about it...I think the spell was bugged but is now back in 'as intended' (god I love when SOE says that) as a monk CA.
