You can get it from the scribe shop in Qeynos Harbor I think. If not, I believe the gnome in the tree lift building in Eldaar Grove sells them. <div></div>

Fun spells for wizards in Qeynos are sold in the TWO scribe shops in Qeynos Harbor, near the South Qeynos Gate. They are opposite of ech other. They do not both sell the same spells. The one with the royal account sells the lower ones, the one across the street sells the higher ones.
