Any Wizzys got [Removed for Content] from the test server of Ring of Cold?

some changes slipped onto test by accident a few weeks ago. all the new root and mez durations were accidentally put on but were taken off a few days later. RoC went from  36 sec to 12 sec. although this is a nerf it cant be viewed alone as it is part of a much bigger thing and we dont know what else is happening. <div></div>
