are you stacking it with dazzling seal?  Because they don't exactly "stack".  It takes the highest number of attribute that each buff gives and adds that instead, aka dazzling seal gives like 25 int and like 10 str or whatever, hand of the tyrant gives 25str and like 20int or whatever, when u cast both, it'll take the 25 int bonus from dazzling seal and  25 str bonus from the hand of the tyrant buff and add those to your stats.   (or so I believe.  I'm not on my wizard atm). <div></div>
