Fiery Pulse worth upgrading? What others?

<DIV>I am approaching 49, and am trying to get the adept III's that I need to be a more useful caster.  I already have Ice Comet A3 waiting for me to ding, but what about the rest?  At lvl 50, what spells should I have at A3 to be the most effective?  I currently have ball of fire, ball of flames, immolation, and ice comet.  All the rest are adept 1.  What I dont want to do is waste raid points or plat on upgrading a spell that is useless or has very little increase (protoflame).</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Regards,</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Izzy</DIV>

Honestly, any of them. Protoflame will be fixed one day, go for it.If the spell system changes include changes to buffs, and I hope they do, go for that. Adept 3 of a buff should be a noticable difference to the apprentice 1, but often the difference is only a few points.I want spells to improve in all areas as you move from apprentice one to adept three, range, duration, damage, effects.

Piercing Icicles should be your next priority after that. If you didn't take the mana feed as your level 40 training I would then recommend upgrading Fiery Surge and Essential Intromission. Fiery Pulse our AE, in it's current state is probably one of the lowest priority spells for me to upgrade. My lvl 35 Warden has an AE that does more damage. </DIV>
