Lv 45 Wizard. Am I doing something wrong?

I am currently trying to get the starter for Robe Of The Invoker to help my mana regen.</DIV>

upgrade immolation. whatever you do though you're gonna be out DPSed every time. their spells are also much more mana efficient than ours. <div></div>
