recent root nerf?

<DIV>has anyone else noticed that roots are breaking more often?  After update 9 my freezing manicles worked great in fact maybe even better than normal, but now it seems all my roots are breaking earlier than before.  The teather effect after truss has even broke a few times. and ROC is breaking.  This only started this week it was not doing this on monday, I did not play Tues, Wed, thurs then it happend on friday?</DIV><p>Message Edited by aaza on <span class=date_text>06-04-2005</span> <span class=time_text>11:23 AM</span>

I upgreaded FM and RoC rom adept1 to adept3 after the patch. I have noticed them breaking and being reisisted mroe often. I had some trouble yesterday with FM (adept3), breaking in a  few seconds, before ROC refreshes, and IT IS very dangerous ! <div></div>

I have noticed on my alt I am bringing up even arcane bindings is getting resisted left and right.   Something happened to roots over the last patch.
