Any advantage to getting ring of cold adept III?

<DIV>I'm currently lvl 41, will be 42 this weekend.  I'm getting piercing icicles adept III made but i mined a rhodium last night so it looks like I can get a second adept III as well.  Probably looking at hand of the tyrant (because i can't find an adept I), ring of cold, or the health to power conversion one i'll get at 42.  already have the power to ally lvl 40 training spell so probably won't upgrade that one right away.  Any suggestions?</DIV>

I've got it. Remember that *any* spell you update will be resisted less.  I've got a Master I stifle that I've yet to see get resisted (just a matter of time, but it is definately an improvement).  RoC Ad3 also has a more powerful DoT secondary (but it is still not that much). <div></div>
