Raid drops from Fist in LS and The Angler instance i believe. Both out of combat power regen. <div></div>

The Idol of Chaos can drop from trash mobs in metal chests from all of the instances. I've seen it drop from skeletons in Ant to the blobs in Zek. <div></div>
