Level 30 Debuffs and Stuff

Incinerate Ad3, still use it at level 45. decreases mitigation of heat by 360, among other things.  makes that BoFl singe all the more =) <div></div>

On most fights I use Freezing Whorl and Icy Coil (I'm 32 btw).  If I'm in a group I will often use Chililng Wind as well.  My question is, do the debuffs from icy coil, freezing whorl, and chilling wind stack? or just the damage from the dots? <div></div>

They all stack, and if you feel like using incinerate, go ahead, I used it for a long time myself.
