Ice Flame still does damage, who needs movement speed reduction anyways? <span></span>Patience babe <span>:smileywink:  We'll get our come uppance again, we just have to wait for the wheel to rotate around again.</span> <div></div>

<P>The stifle part of Heat Convulsion never worked on Epic mobs I believe, it landed because of the dot, but the stifle part never worked.</P> <P> </P>

<DIV>Ice Flame will work fine.  The damage will hit, but the slow will not.  Dont worry about that.</DIV>
