Immolation spell only hits 3 times?

It hits four times for me.  I generally always watch as it does damage. Maybe you aren't seeing the damage number graphics? I'd suggest watchign your combat chat text, enable local logging and use a parser.  I had a similar problem where I was not seeing HO damage, only the HO completion spell damage, and thought it was broken until I started paying attention to the combat chat text. <div></div>

Definitely only hitting 3 times for me as well.  Initial hit and then 2 DOT hits.  confirmed in combat message scroll.  Could you possibly gain another hit when you reach a certain lvl?  I'm lvl 40.  We need more info on this!

I think it has to do with mob resist levels and probably your stats as well.  I've noticed that it ticks fewer than 4 on the more difficult mobs.  I've had it tick only twice a number of times as well.

<P>I have seen this as well.  I cast Immo and get only 3 damage messages.  I fought several mobs in a row and the results were always the same - 3 damage messages, so I'm assuming this is NOT a resist issue.</P> <P>I logged out and back in - VOILA!   Cast Immo and got all 4 ticks.  Not sure what happened, but I am sure it did happen.</P> <DIV>Sorry it also happened to you, but I am glad to see that I'm not loosing my mind.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>FWIW - happened to me in RV killing nymphs / maidens / squirrels.</DIV>
