Frostshield and Singularity...who gets the aggro? Tank or Wizzy?

<div></div>Try looking at the damage spam from combat.  Whichever player's name that is associated with the damage/regen from these spells is gonna get the hate from them. If it says [tank]'s frostshield damages the mob for 200ish, then the tank will get the aggro.
