Enfeeblement Master I does not upgrade at all from Adept I to Master I. Nothing changes in the spell at all. Duration, power cost, level it can hit, etc all remain the same. <div></div>

it doesnt upgrade from app1 to adept 1 eather <div></div>

the only difference from app1-->adp1-->master is a greater chance to hit...so less resists vs mobs with hight resistance <div></div>
