10th Level Training Choice Question

<DIV>Hello, I'm creating my second Mage character and had a question involving my 10th Level Training Choices. The first time arround I selected Tayil's Searing Orb because I was told that El'Arad's Shielding didn't have unlimited scaling like Magi's Shielding does. However, I've heard that this has changed and that El'Arad's Shielding does now in fact scale all the way to 50th. Is this true, and if not, are there plans to make it so? Yes El'Rad's now scales to lvl 50 so it is the ONLY choice any sorceror should make at lvl 10. In fact I believe all mage classes get an equivalent spell at lvl 10, so if you are ever rolling any other mage class, it would probably be a good idea to select this trait.
