Good Place to solo lvl 35-36

<DIV>The beach on the northwestern tip of EL is full of lamia tormentors and charmers (charmers are non aggro and go down fast).  The don't give much xp each but they are rapid spawn and seem to drop a lot of blood vials that sell for 5s.  You can also complete the chaos language while killing them.  Maybe not the best place ever to solo but not bad either.</DIV>

The tunnel exit area after right after the Feerott "docks". I did 35, 36, and most of 37 there, solo. It takes some getting use to, as a lot of the critters are in multiples, down arrows. Tether one, back up manacle another, back up, stifle the 3rd and nuke it down, and re-root when needed by watching the timers. There are also quite a bit single solo critters here, most of them aggressive, so be careful; and remember stifles are you friend <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> The chest drops are worth quite a bit, ranging from the standard 5sp critter meat, to 1 and 3 gold a piece (armor, advanced crafting books, level 40+ adepts). Since going to Feerott, I finally have a sence of "going out and making cash" with drops. Hope this helps!! <div></div>

<span>Ahh the Invoker Robe. I havn't been lucky yet and i've soloed almost 3 levels in Feerott <img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> I noticed a guy on a horse standing next to a tree yesterday, he was there litterly all day. So i figured it was the fabled spawn location for the stone; or is the stone not poping up anymore? </span> <div></div>

<P>I must say, having just gotten feerrott access at the end of lvl 36 that it is a very nice place to solo for xp.  i'm not getting many chest drops and the ones i do get seem to be mostly quest starters (no robe yet) but the group down arrow mobs are a major pain in the *$%#&!!  in the jungle area they get spread out and as far as I can tell there's no way to determine if there is going to be 2, 3, or 3 of them.  2 are easy obviously. and 3 are no problem so far as long as root holds well.  but when i pull 4 i'm pretty much screwed and break encounter immediately.</P> <P>i've taken to killing the huuptics at the beach.  seems like good xp even though they're blue and i've heard they have a decent chance of dropping the robe starter for whatever internet rumor is worth.</P> <P> </P>

Yea the groups of 4s i can't do either, 3s are doable though. When first starting to solo there i stuck with the Blooms (plants?) and the single Flys. The chest drops are wierd, I can get nothing for amost an hour, then they start droping with every kill. Yesterday was a good day, after hunting for 3 hours I was about to sell 20 gold worth of vendor trash, and a few adeps for another 20 gold, so in all 40 gold for a few hours of work. This is rare, most days its roughly 5 to 8 gold in total. I'm glad the huuptics are working for you. i was wondering, as I never kill one, do they have faction?
