this affects every wizard that plans on getting to lvl 50 so please post your thoughts.

I kept it at app 1 because it sucked so bad, then I saw it actually doing some damage, so I upgraded to Master 1.  At master 1 it does 5hp of damage.  This is rediculous.  Why give me a spell that has lower dps than my melee.
