I know I don't get any HO credit towards my highest hits. Why do melee classes get 'magic' damage credit for them? <div></div>

Guardians/Zerkers, and Monks/Bruisers have new bloodlines spells that are causing the uberhits. Guardian/Zerker hits are them suiciding with their new spell, Monk/Bruiser hits are them deathtouching solo mobs.

As a level 37 monk, my highest magic hit was when I deathtouched a mob for 6.5K damage.

<DIV>Amazing......6.5k is shocking.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I think the only thing I have that would equal that damage as a 46.5 wizards is:</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>all my debuffs cast, then immoliation x 2, ball of flames x or 3, ice flames x 2, ice spear x 2 maybe a HO or 2</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>LOL.......Wizards Rule......I am sorry I can not stop laughing.:smileyvery-happy:</DIV>

<P>it's not so much the damage of the monk skill, it is the deathtouch special. </P> <P> </P> <P>Basically, once every 5 minutes, I can find a SOLO con mob below my level, point my finger at it and say "you keel over dead right now"</P> <P> </P> <P>if the mob happens to have 20k HP, I get a 20k HP hit.</P> <DIV>I am then stifled for 30 seconds, so if the mob has friends, they will then beat me down.</DIV><p>Message Edited by Neimhidh on <span class=date_text>04-20-2005</span> <span class=time_text>10:10 AM</span>

And me... I finally get a spell that I can heal myself with! I can go from almost dead to almost full health just by casting it! Of course 2 minutes later, no mater what I do, I blow up <U>real good</U>, and die...... The damage you might see is my spell doing the damage to me.... the irony is not lost on me.
