Chaos Doll, something I don't understand

<div></div><div></div>I am a bit astonished about the CHAOS dolls.<span>Pristine chaos imbued cloth hex doll </span><span>sells around 35 Gp </span>is :<ul><li>+11 intelligence</li><li>cast Hex of chaos for -107 resists magic</li><li>magic afinity 150</li></ul><span>Pristine chaos imbued rough linen hex doll </span><span>sells around 20 Gp </span>is :<ul><li>+7 int</li><li>Hex of chaos for -206</li><li>MA 200</li></ul><span>Pristine chaos canvas hex doll </span><span>sells around 4 Gp </span>is :<ul><li>+5</li><li>-45</li><li>MA 100</li></ul>First and 3d dolls are OK : the most expensive is much better than the low cost one.But what about the 2d ? it makes much more damages, can't be wear before level 40 (if I remember well) and is just 4 int. less than the 1st.Are the 4 intelligence more important than the 100 damages ? the Rough Linen one is T5, cloth one only T4, the chaos effect goes up each tier along with INT, however I think a rare doll (e.g. the cloth one) increases INT not the chaos effect.Thus it explains why the rough linen doll has less INT but more debuff.
