ProtoFlame bugged after patch?

<DIV>Noticed protoflame's damage today and it has gone down from doing on average 150 a click at adept 3 to 10 a click I cant believe it<img src="/smilies/9d71f0541cff0a302a0309c5079e8dee.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /> this cant b right can anybody else verify protflames damage post patch please. I have bugged it and suggest anybody else suffering the same problem does as well. Btw I was loving this spell until today.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Vanq.</DIV>
