lvl 40 trait? which to choose?

<P>The upgrade on Concurence was a very nice one.    It has a chance to do a heal over time.   It has saved my butt more than once.</P> <P>Not just that you can also put it on the tank.</P> <P> </P> <P> </P>

<DIV>I really reccomend the Rath'Adan Fiery Surge, it heals about 281power which is equal to Fiery Surge at adept 1.  The real plus is it stuns us for 6seconds compared to the 13sec stun on the other one</DIV>
