Do Wizard buffs stack?

<DIV>Just got Hand of the Tyrant it appears to be better than Dazzling seal in every way except Intelligence boosting.  So I tried casting them both and found I could put hand of tyrant up and then cast Dazzling seal too and it would add in the intelligence.</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>I tried this many levels ago with amplification and gift of the magi.  I found that it just gave you the better of two buffs.  At one time my gift was app4 and my amp was app 1 so gift worked better for some stats.  Now with intisify it appears it is better than all the others.  </DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Well what are the 5 concentration slots for?  Why dont our buffs stack and isnt it stupid to have a higher level buff that is better in everyway except one like Intelligence?</DIV> <DIV> </DIV> <DIV>Aazer</DIV>

Hand of the Tyrant and Dazzling Seal partially stack in that heat resistance is higher when you have both up. For all the other stats Dazzling Seal overwrites HoT, and yes it is odd that the last upgrade to the seal line is inferior to it's lower lvl counterpart, especially in regards to INT. I am just assuming it is the copy/paste issue at work again and they will eventually get around to fixing it. Most classes have issues with their T5 spell upgrades, and wizzys are certainly no exception to that. Changes in LU6, like the ones to El'Arad's Shielding and Paralyze certainly give me hope that they will eventually fix broken stuff. Until then, I guess we will just have to be patient.
