I couldnt agree more. The spell is an exact copy of inferno, it obviously a bug. I think its supposed to be an upgrade to scorching pulse. <div></div>

<div></div>And can someone PLEASE tell me what good it is to reduce a mobs INT? At the very best I could hope that it reduces a mobs maximum power pool size which I consider pretty darn pathetic. It feels like a bad joke just to see it listed on the spell. Fendaria <div></div>
